Wrist watch broken by the shop that was supposed to repair it?
I gave my beloved wrist watch given to me by a closed friend on his death bed and have happily used it for 5 years. Recently the battery ran out so I took the watch to a shop to have a new battery installed as I didn't want to try it myself the watch is a very thin style when I went to pick it up they gave it back to me in pieces in a paper bag. The the crystal glass was broken and they had not even bothered to put the new battery in, the back plate was off and some other bits were in the bag. They said it must have been broken already and are refusing to repair it.What do I do?

Fix rubber watch band?
i have a watch that got damaged when the part of the watch band that has the hole for the metal pin riped open. I was thinking about krazy gluing it back together but if someone has a better idea please let me know

i buy watches all the time when i find them cheap and thats all it says on it. its antique and still works fine. the back is turn skrew but will not come off. i even took it in to the shop where they have special tools and they cant get it open either.i collect watches but dont know to much about them

Lavina Swiss Made Pocket Watch On Chain?
I got a pocket watch at a garage sale for free about two years back. I thought it was broken but I was messing with it today and it started ticking. I found out that it was an old self wind watches and decided to look up the name on it Lavina.I looked EVERYWHERE and can't find one like it Its about as big as a quarter, its a goldish colour. and has roman numerals on it. its very pretty but I would really like to know if it's worth anything. if anyone has any information, that would really help a lot thanks

Pin connecting Watch and Band?
I just recently lost one of the pins that connects the band and the actual watch Citizen . So I only have three now. Now it is kind of loose when I wear it, and comes apart on one side when it is off my wrist. I was wondering, how can I fix this? And do I have to take it to a watch repairer? And if I do how much time would this take and the cost?
